Hey guys. I’ve been a member of LMS for a month now, but never got around to introducing myself. I come from a web development background but have had an interest in online marketing for a while now & have finally decided to pursue the self employment route. LMS has been an incredible help to me so far & I’ve already landed 2 clients in my first week 🙂
One question I had though, is does anyone have any recommendations for the best way to handle & respond to a business owner who’s happily paying for cheap SEO service? Today, I was speaking to a chiropractor who explained he pays only $100/mo for SEO services with chiromatrix.com and this $100/mo service has him ranked #1 on google. After checking for myself, it turned out to be true. He does rank #1. If he hadn’t been ranked #1, I would’ve been able to provide a reason for my services, but what do I say to someone who’s already ranked #1 using cheap (I’m assuming automated) service? Do I simply give up on that lead, or is there a positive way to show him that we could do it even better? Thanks

Good morning everyone! (Depending on where you are!)
I had a question about ranking for local keywords. I am talking with a business right now that I located in a fairly large suburb of a large city. It’s no problem ranking in the keywords for the suburb, but how do I get them ranked among all the competition of that large, close by metro area? They need to tap into the consumers in the metro area because, while good, the leads they generate just from the suburb in which they are located will not be enough to sustain and grow their business. The metro area is within 20 miles of this suburb.
Any advice or experience with this would be appreciated!
Thanks!
