Hi Scott Gallagher, how do you define geo-exclusivity for a client? By zipcode, radius distance, something else? What’s fair for $1k/mo client? Thanks.

Hi Everyone,

I’m trying to chase down a problem. I have a client who has a wrong apple maps listing. I looked at Yelp and a few other places Apple may be pulling the data from and couldn’t find it. I used the report problem link in apple maps to update the address. I don’t know if apple looks at this as a suggestion and how long they may take.

Has anyone else had to correct an apple maps NAP issue and if so how did you get it done and how long did it take?

Hey guys – I’m hosting a webinar for local businesses this month. I thought maybe you’d be interested in checking it out and seeing what type of material my agency sends out via auto responder. Understand this is a webinar put out by my agency, it’s not a LMS resource, but you’ll might learn something. Here’s the link. http://internet-marketing.localmarketingsource.com/local-internet-marketing-for-local-business

Has anyone worked with a “web design firm” in some fashion to gain access to their client base?

I have a very prominent player in that field in my area. They pretty much have a monopoly and hundreds of “website” clients.

I believe in working together but would love insight on pitfalls & relationship structures etc….

Since I can’t afford office space should I use my home address for the listing or I can get a a virtual office/mailbox.

So here’s a dilemma. How to list a realtor?

As a realtor you have to list your brokerages address on your website. Most to all brokerages are listed already and have noticed some realtors popping up under their brokerages address.

So technically how do you do this in order to get citations and a google listing?

Busy busy busy!

I just finished watching the excellent “Outsourcing” LMS webinar Scott did with Nicole Munoz. Nicole said she uses Basecamp for managing her projects and her 80 (?) workers . I have three related questions: 1.) what are LMS members’ experiences with using Basecamp? 2.) What other project management software have you tried (and how good was it)? 3.)Scott, what was the software you mentioned in the webinar and do you still use it? Thanks!

A question about local directory listings… Is it better to list a local telephone number or a toll-free phone number?

Carl Saling

I am looking for a resource on the best practices to set up a localized location page. I have a client that has 7 locations and I want to create a specific page for each that we will use in the local directory listings etc.

Scott Gallagher, how do we determine the Commercial Probability of a keyword? I don’t see a formula in the Keyword Strategy Map, and there was only a quick mention of it in the video. Can you please explain in a little bit more detail?
