Junior Jackets Team 3

Parents:  This is a page that will allow your child to submit a team name for the Junior Jackets Team 3 White.  This page is managed and owned by Coach G.  I will be taking all the submissions and randomly drawing 3 team names and allow your child to vote on their favorite of the 3 names pulled.  You will receive a confirmation email from my business by default after completing this form.  You may disregard it.  I will send an email to the team through TeamSnap on Saturday to place a vote for one of the three names pulled. Please help your child to complete this form with your email address I use to communicate with TeamSnap.

Just type in your name and your team name!  I am going to put all the names I get before Thursday night at midnight into a hat and pull 3.  

Don’t worry, I won’t cheat, I’ll put it on video for you!  Be ready, before 4pm on Saturday, I will send everyone an email to vote on 1 of the 3 names I pull.  Which ever name has the most votes is our new team name!
